Guiding Philosophy
Created by two "go-getters", Wendi Germain and Mona Frye, the Art Gym is based on two simple proclamations:
1. Art will bring people from all walks of life together

How Does This Work?
Everyone is welcome to visit during our regular open hours: Thursday & Friday from 9AM to 5PM. For a suggested donation of $5 per person our friendly staff can share creative ideas, or just make yourself comfortable, explore our HUGE variety of supplies (yes, you can use it ALL) and CREATE!
A great way to learn new skills and techniques or try a craft to make sure you like it before you buy all the supplies.
We are mindful of special needs and are a trauma informed group of caring people. We encourage families with kids under 12 to stay and create as a family.

Do We Take Donations?
YES - we appreciate your kindness and generosity when you share your gently used or new arts and craft supplies with us.
We simply ask that you please email [email protected] to make arrangements for your donation. As you can imagine, it's easy to think that we'll take ALL of Grandma's yarn and sewing supplies, but we simply do not have the amount of storage space available for everything our community would like to supply us.
It's suggested, but not mandatory to share the gift of $5 per person. Your donations are greatly appreciated to help reduce some of the cost of the consumables that we use on a regular basis at the Art Gym such as:
